1. Completing offers: How it works: There are companies that will pay you to complete offers. How it works is you complete an offer, say for instance you sign up for a company on a trial basis and enter in your credit card details then you get a free gift, like a ticket to go eat at your favorite restaurant or something like that, or you get paid (not a lot). Then you obviously will cancel your membership before the free trial is over so that your card never gets charged, but you still receive the free gift or cash. Granted this is not something that you can do for a full time income, but it's a little extra cash in your pocket.
2. Writing Articles: There are several online companies that will pay you to write articles for a business. So for instance, say they wanted you to write an article about Samsung cell phones. You would write a 500 word article review about that specific product and it's features. Each company pays different amounts for articles, but I believe they pay between $9 and up to $40 an article, depending of course on how good your article is. You need to build up a reputation for your article writing. The better you are at your craft, the more you get paid.
3. Affiliate Marketing: Affiliate marketing involves posting online ads for web companies in order to promote their products. Very similar to article writing and could also involve some article writing if you so choose. But with this, it's really up to you in which way you choose to promote the product. You could promote several different products, or just one. This is a commission based job and the pay is good (usually between 50-75% of the products price). The good thing about this one is if you don't like to write at all, you could simply pay a company to post your ad and you would be left with very little manual labor. There are several different posting options for this, free and paid. It's up to you of course.
If you would rather just stick to the traditional route, maybe in the data entry field, you can do a simple search for the kind of data entry job you wish to do such as medical coding. There are many different places you could go to and locate a list of these jobs. There are a lot of jobs listed on sites like Craigslist, Elance, Snag-A-Job, Monster and similar places like this. Only applying to a few though is not going to get you a job. You really need to get a large list, then prepare a professional resume. You can do this with a free resume site by simply running a search on Google for "free resume maker". Then you need to sit down and fill out several applications at a time. Be patient with this one as you can easily be put on a long waiting list. In the meantime you could always dabble in maybe 1 or 2 of the other above options for a part time income.
